We're looking for a proactive and organised Administration Assistant to support our research teams with a range of administrative and reception duties. You'll play an important role in keeping our clinical research operations running smoothly through accurate record keeping, document management, participant support, and front-of-house administration.
Key responsibilities include:
• Prepare, scan, file and maintain research documentation
• Support archiving activities and record management
• Complete data entry and general administrative tasks
• Welcome visitors and provide front desk reception services
• Answer and direct phone calls and manage incoming mail
• Coordinate travel arrangements for study participants
• Support compliance with research quality standards and procedures
• Maintain accurate records and documentation across studies
• Tracking of laboratory results

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow processes and work independently
• Administrative, reception, hospitality or healthcare experience
