CCTV Administrator

Position: CCTV Administrator
Location: Slough
Job Type: permanent, full-time
Hours: Monday to Friday -, 20 hours per week
Salary: £27,081 per annum (pro rata)

Responsibilities:
• Raising purchase order numbers for suppliers using in-house software
• Goods receiving, matching invoices and apportioning costs to different business units around the group
• Updating the progress of works via Excel and other Office 365 Apps
• Preparation and distribution of reports for both costs and quotes
• Liaise with other group departments, suppliers, and our salespeople around the group by email and phone calls
• Assist the team with day-to-day operations and planning
• Be aware of all Lanes Group policies and your responsibilities towards them

• Have basic knowledge of both Microsoft 365 and Google Suite
• Have solid communication skills (both written and verbal)

• Have the ability to deal with people at different levels
