ファシリティスタッフ募集について
当社のファシリティ部門は、ニセコ俱知安エリアで数多くの高級宿泊施設を管理しています。物件価値や賃貸可能性を維持するため、日常的な点検や必要に応じたメンテナンス作業を丁寧に行うことが求められます。
主な業務内容
• 管理物件の定期点検を行い、常に高い管理水準を保つ
• 必要に応じて修繕・メンテナンスを手配・実施
• 冬季：建物や車両まわりの除雪
• 夏季：芝刈りや庭のメンテナンス

• 高い品質を意識し、丁寧な仕事ができる方
• 細かい点に気づける方（小さな不具合を早期に発見し、正確な点検・メンテナンス報告ができる方）
• チームでの連携を大切にし、報告・相談・情報共有を適切に行える方
• 決められた手順や安全基準を遵守し、安定した品質で継続的に業務を遂行できる方
• 屋外での作業が多いため、体を動かすことや手を使った作業を楽しめる方
• メンテナンスの経験がある方は歓迎（未経験でも可）
• タブレットやスマートフォンの基本操作ができる方
応募資格
• 普通自動車免許（日本の運転免許証、または国際運転免許証必須）
待遇・福利厚生
• 経験に応じて月額250,000円～350,000円
• 賞与制度 - 個人業績および業績に応じて支給。
• 通勤手当10,000円/月。
• 入社6ヶ月後に年次休暇10日付与。
• 試用期間3ヶ月経過後、傷病手当5日支給。
• 社会保険：日本の社会保険制度に加入。
• 就労ビザサポート（該当者）。

*Job Description - Facilities Staff
H2 Group’s Facilities team manages a large portfolio of high-end accommodation properties in the Hirafu area. To maintain the value and rental readiness of these properties, this role is responsible for carrying out regular property inspections and performing or coordinating maintenance work as required.
*Key Responsibilities
• Conduct regular inspections of managed properties and maintain consistently high property standards.
• Arrange and carry out repairs and maintenance as required.
• Winter: Snow clearing around buildings and vehicles.
• Summer: Lawn mowing and general garden maintenance.
*What We Are Looking For
• A strong commitment to quality and the ability to carry out work carefully and thoroughly.
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to identify minor issues early and provide accurate inspection and maintenance reports.
• A team-oriented approach, with the ability to communicate effectively, report issues appropriately, and share relevant information with colleagues.
• Ability to follow established procedures and safety standards and consistently deliver work to a high standard.
• Comfortable with outdoor and hands-on work, and enjoys being physically active.
• Previous maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
• Basic ability to use tablets and smartphones.
*Qualifications
• Valid driver’s license (Japanese driver’s license or International Driving Permit required).
*Compensation & Benefits
• Monthly salary: ¥250,000–¥350,000, depending on experience.
• Bonus: Performance-based bonus, subject to individual and company performance.
• Commuting allowance: ¥10,000 per month.
• Annual leave: 10 days granted after six months of employment.
• Sick leave: 5 days granted after successful completion of the three-month probationary period.
• Social insurance: Enrollment in Japan’s statutory social insurance programs.
• Work visa sponsorship/support for eligible candidates.
• Annual holidays: Approximately 115–121 days per year, depending on the company calendar.
• Maternity and childcare leave available in accordance with company policy and applicable Japanese law.
JPY250,000 – JPY350,000 monthly depending on experience
