Frontier Cooperative’s Career Pathway Program gives high school juniors and seniors the chance to kickstart a rewarding career in agriculture. Participants will build essential technical skills, gain hands-on experience, and explore the many sides of the ag industry all while working alongside industry professionals at Frontier. Guided by three core principles Exposure, Experience, and Engagement, this program is designed to help students grow, learn, and discover where their future in agriculture can lead.
