Your primary duties include receiving, stocking, and restocking inventory, accurate data entry, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday

Hourly pay: $23.00/hour DOE + additional pay offered for CDL holders

Job Requirements:

• Valid Driver License

• Minimum 18 Years of age

• Inventory and maintenance experience, highly preferred

• Familiarity in Transman or any parts system tracker, highly preferred

• No more than 2 moving violations within the previous 3 years

• No major violations within the previous 5 years

• Ability to pass a controlled substance test for pre-employment purposes

• Ability to lift, carry, pull, push and/or move up to 50 pounds.

• Must wear steel-toed safety boots

• Authorized access to main mine site properties

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive, unpack, inspect, and verify quality and quantity of supplies against the delivery documents.

• Move incoming shipments to the parts room, where items are stored in designated bins or shelves.

• Accurately label items, such as applying barcodes, for efficient inventory management.

• Input data into the maintenance database for inventory management.

• Conduct regular physical counts to maintain accurate inventory records.

• Receive and fill requisitions for supplies; place routine orders for supplies and materials.

• Promptly report any inventory discrepancies to the Manager and adjust database accordingly.

• Complete necessary paperwork for documenting received shipments, inventory counts, and other warehouse activities.

• Coordinate shipments and resolve shipping issues with delivery vendors.

• Assist with answering phone calls and handling road calls.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area and parts room.

• Assist other maintenance and office personnel when necessary.

• Transport trash and waste to disposal area.

• Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety regulations.

• Report any unsafe conditions in the work area promptly.

• Adhere to grooming standards, the dress code, and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

• Notify manager of updates or problems regarding your driver license, as well as all citations, inspections, incidents, accidents, and near-misses.

• Maintain communication with the manager to address concerns or issues.

• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Maintain a current Drivers’ License

• Maintain insurability under the company’s vehicle insurance policy

• Proficient typing and data entry skills, 55 wpm preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for data tracking and reporting)

• Strong attention to Detail and organizational skills

• Effective Communication and time management abilities

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in whole numbers

• Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions and solve problems furnished in written or verbal form

• Understand and comply with organizational policies and procedures and all applicable local, state, and federal rules and regulations.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, particularly for customer, driver, employee communication
