- Location: Tampa, FL (9929 Race Track Rd., Tampa, FL 33626) - Compensation: $35,000 - $77,000 annually (Base Pay + Monthly Bonuses) - Monthly Bonus Potential: Up to $3,000 per month - Shift Differential: Additional $1/hour for the 11 AM - 8 PM shift - Bilingual Pay: Additional $1/hour for Spanish-speaking agents

What You'll Do
• Communicate with consumers regarding account resolutions
• Negotiate payment arrangements and solutions
• Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction
• Meet performance goals and maximize bonus opportunities
• Document account activity accurately and efficiently
• Utilize negotiation and communication skills to achieve successful outcomes
What We're Looking For
Preferred Qualifications
• 2+ years of debt collection experience
• 2+ years of call center, sales, or telemarketing experience
• Knowledge of FDCPA and debt collection regulations
Required Qualifications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent negotiation and customer service abilities
• Basic typing and computer skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background check
• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
• Strong dependability and attendance
Schedule
🗓 Monday through Friday
• Day Shift: 9 AM – 6 PM
• Evening Shift: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (+$1/hour differential)
• Overtime opportunities available
• One half day Saturday per month required
