Are you someone who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and helping teams work more effectively? At Community-Minded Enterprises (CME), we know strong Behavioral Health and Recovery services depend on strong behind-the-scenes systems.

As our Behavioral Health & Recovery Services Systems Manager, you’ll serve as the primary resource for our electronic health record (EHR) and related information systems. You’ll work across teams to improve workflows, support accurate documentation and billing, develop useful reports, train staff, and ensure our systems effectively support day-to-day operations. You’ll also provide supervision and support to the Client Support Specialist.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary administrator and resource for our EHR and related systems.

• Manage system settings, templates, forms, user access, workflows, updates, and troubleshooting.

• Identify and recommend system and workflow improvements that make work more efficient and effective.

• Support documentation quality, data integrity, billing accuracy, and reporting.

• Develop reports and monitor information to identify trends, discrepancies, and operational needs.

• Provide training, coaching, technical assistance, and system resources to staff.

• Supervise and support the Client Support Specialist.

• Partner with clinical teams, Finance, Revenue Cycle, Risk & Compliance, and software vendors to solve problems and improve operations.

What You’ll Bring

Education/Experience

• Associate degree in Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration, Business, Behavioral Health, Information Technology, or a related field and two years of progressively responsible related experience; or

• Five years of progressively responsible experience supporting healthcare information systems, behavioral health operations, reporting, billing support, or related operational functions.

• Bachelor's degree and related experience preferred.

Plus

• Experience with EHRs, healthcare information systems, documentation, reporting, billing support, or data management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions.

• Ability to understand how systems and workflows affect clinical operations, documentation, billing, compliance, and reporting.

• Experience providing training, technical assistance, coaching, or user support.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.

• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and the ability to quickly learn new software systems.
