About this role
CCLI is looking for a Clinical Supervisor with a generous heart to provide clinical and administrative supervision in our 24-hour Residential Stabilization Program licensed by the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS) for short-term, residential stabilization services to adult men and women.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
• Supervise and monitor staff work performance. This includes delegating assignments, coaching, training, and counseling, disciplining, conducting performance appraisals, monitoring staff time and attendance records.
• Provide oversight of work assignments and training for interns, volunteers and new staff.
• Oversee process of collecting and recording all clinical data. Review for accuracy and correct as needed. Enforce the implementation of all policies and procedures in accordance with the mission of Catholic Charities, program policies, and OASAS regulations.
Responsibilities:
• Schedule and coordinate all admissions, discharges and the transportation of clients.
• Act as liaison for clients with rehabilitation centers and with various social agencies.
• Consult with family members, advocates, and healthcare providers to provide information and answers to questions regarding clients, in accordance with confidentiality regulations and agency protocols.
• Attend monthly staff meetings, in house training sessions and other meetings as may be required.
• Complete on call responsibilities during non-scheduled hours to ensure support for clinical staff.
Requirements:
• HS/GED and Advanced or Masters CASAC required
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degrees preferred with CASAC
• Clinical Supervision Training 1 and 2
• At least 5 years’ experience in the chemical dependence treatment field that includes some supervisory experience or equivalent
Schedule: 35 hours per week 7 AM - 3 PM Monday - Friday
Rate of Pay: $35 per hour
This rate of pay serves as a good faith estimate. Actual pay is based on a number of factors which may include a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience and work location. The salary range or rate listed does not include any differential pay or other forms of compensation, such as the value of benefits, which may be applicable to this position.
