Job Description: We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Stock Control Coordinator to join our warehouse operations team at Heathfield. This is a varied role that plays a key part in ensuring the efficient management of stock, customer accounts, and warehouse administration while maintaining the highest quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing stock control activities to ensure inventory accuracy and integrity.Administering and supporting three key customer accounts.Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.Providing excellent customer service and acting as a key point of contact for customer enquiries.Liaising with transport providers and internal teams to coordinate deliveries and collections.Monitoring and investigating stock discrepancies, implementing corrective actions where required.Producing stock reports and maintaining accurate system records.Supporting warehouse operations through effective administration and communication.Ensuring compliance with BRC Quality standards and stock control procedures.Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse and logistics operation. Requirements:
Previous experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), with a strong understanding of stock control and warehouse processes.Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to effectively prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across teams and with customers.Able to work independently using initiative, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.Highly organised and proactive, with a solutions-focused approach and strong problem-solving skills. Competitive Salary: £26,696.80 pro-rata.Hours: 08:30hrs – 17:00hrs, Monday to Friday.
