As a Full Time Certified Athletic Trainer- Clinical Injury Prevention Specialist,you'll provide care to client employees in our Health Center located in San Antonio, TX. The scheduled hours are Monday - Friday, 3pm-Midnight.Perfect for those who prefer a later start and daytime flexibility! Relocation Assistance Available and new grads are welcome to apply!

What You'll Do

Develop and implement early intervention program consisting of performing comprehensive musculoskeletal examination, providing first aid per OSHA standards and education on injury prevention Perform physical demand and ergonomic assessments to identify high-risk tasks and recommend preventive strategies Lead group and individual training on functional movement, job simulation, and injury prevention programs Collaborate with on-site medical and safety teams to coordinate care and recommend workplace countermeasures Document assessments, recommendations, and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date record Participate in meetings and task forces Other duties as assigned

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities: What You'll Bring

Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited professional Athletic Training education program Current BOC Certified Athletic Trainer Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services Certification in specialty areas (Ergonomic Specialty) preferred Experience in Occupational Health and Safety; Knowledge of current OSHA regulations preferred Experience in Ergonomics preferred
