The opportunity · Intern will complete all steps required for IRB sanctioned Human Subjects Research, then participate in the Neurodynamics Lab research projects analyzing and interpreting intracranial EEG recordings and sEEG electrode placement strategies utilizing Granger Causality and Bayesian Search algorithms. · A major goal will be automation of the data capture and preliminary data analysis on all the surgical epilepsy patients treated by the Epilepsy Surgery Program. · Intern will work under supervision of Dr. Madsen and in close collaboration with coinvestigators Drs. Stone and Rangwala and the surgical epileptologists.
