NA-12/23 Program Manager

Some Typical Duties & Responsibilities Include:: The NA-12/NA-23 Program Manager provides leadership to managers and professional staff with accountability for performance and results of multiple teams (18 Stockpile Management programs and the Nuclear Nonproliferation program), focusing on accountability for performance and business results to meet mission requirements. The position will be responsible for developing strategic plans and contributing to the development of an organizational strategy, guided by NNSA mission priorities. This is a liaison role and is responsible for interfacing and communicating between local and Headquarter Federal personnel and SRNS employees on all details relative to the Programs being managed ($130M). Scope will continue to grow in this program as more weapons are developed for the stockpile. Travel is required.

Required Qualifications: • Fifteen or more YOE as an individual contributor in one or more of the roles managed plus six or more years of experience (YOE) in a relevant management role, OR Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field plus twelve or more years of experience (YOE) in one or more of the roles managed, OR Master's Degree in a relevant field plus eight or more years of experience (YOE) in one or more of the roles managed • Equivalencies to experience and education requirements will be considered • Ability to obtain a Q clearance

We'd Also Like to See: Tritium or K-Area Facility experience and Financial Management.
