Basic Qualifications: • Willingness to work at different locations in the resort area, including outdoor locations • Full-Time availability is required. This role is Full-Time and requires full availability for any shift • Graduated from tertiary education is preferred • Open-minded & good team player • Good reactivity and ability to face stressful situations • Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills • Enjoy active work nature • Proven experience in a leadership position, experience in customer service an advantage • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Putonghua. Knowledge in other language(s) a plus
Responsibilities: • Lead the daily operations of the Entertainment Programs (such as Parade, indoor & outdoor performances) within the theme park or hotels depending on the assigned role • Animate a team to ensure safety and high quality of performance according to the performance guidelines • Train, coach and develop subordinates • Support clerical work as needed, for example but not limited to compile reports, schedules and plans • Serve as a communication relay between the management and front line Cast Members • Handle Guests’ comments and enquiries
