Recurrent Exempt Staff
Position Description: A job involving an appointment for infrequent temporary work where the employee is called in as needed
Major/Essential Functions: • Perform human cadaveric dissection • Prepare human cadaveric prosection stations • Demonstrate cadaver-based surgical techniques and procedures • Develop multi-modal teaching stations that integrate gross anatomy with clinical imaging, models, histological slides, and computer-assisted learning tools • Provide educational support for the Department of Medical Education as needed • M.D./PA or Ph.D. or equivalent- Background in Surgery Clinical anatomy or equivalent • Remains current with all licensure, certifications and mandatory compliances and trainings required of this position Adhere to all TTUHSCEP policies, procedures and processes • Personally demonstrate, display, and act in accordance with TTUHSCEP's values (Service, Respect, Accountability, Integrity, and Teamwork) • Perform all other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications: • Background in Surgery Clinical anatomy or equivalent
Pay Statement: Compensation is commensurate upon the qualifications of the individual selected and budgetary guidelines of the hiring department, as well as, the institutional pay plan. For additional information, please reference the institutional pay plan on the Human Resources webpage.
