You will work across the entire technology stack — from NoSQL and SQL databases and APIs to React front-ends and AI-powered code generation on Azure and AWS. We need someone with a proven full tech stack background, the ability to independently architect and build features, and genuine hands-on experience with GenAI tools and cloud platforms. Any experience working with HL7 healthcare interfaces is a significant differentiator. 2. ROLE OVERVIEW • Design, build, and maintain full stack applications from requirements to production deployment. • Develop responsive React.js UIs integrated with NoSQL and SQL backends via RESTful/GraphQL APIs. • Integrate and deploy Generative AI models (Azure AI Foundry, Anthropic Claude on AWS) into enterprise products. • Use AI-powered tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to accelerate code generation, review, and debugging. • Build scalable, secure, and well-documented microservices and backend APIs. • Design and optimise NoSQL/SQL database schemas for performance and scalability. • Implement CI/CD pipelines and maintain cloud infrastructure on Azure and AWS. • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA in Agile sprint cycles. • Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability. • Where applicable, work with HL7 interfaces and healthcare data standards to ensure clinical data interoperability. 61.
