Job description: Role: US IT Recruiter • W2 hiring • Strong understanding of technical requirements. • Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in the US.Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings. • Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers.
