Job Description: Lead Process Loader - Marshall, MN Job Summary Perform all duties related to the Shift Loader position along with coordinating and aiding the efforts of Loadout team members on shift. Essential Job Functions

• Continue to perform all duties of a Shift Loader. • Demonstrate a commitment to safety by performing safety audits • Provide guidance and assistance for others to ensure safe work practices are followed at all times. • Coordinate with other team members on attendance of monthly safety training and similar functions. • Issue hot work and other permits as assigned for maintenance work and similar activities. • Understand lock-out/tag-out/try-out procedures and confined space procedures. Monitors compliance regularly, reporting safety discrepancies in a timely manner. • Aid with investigation of incidents, including fact-finding, reporting, and assigned follow-up. • Identify safety topics, provide, and participate in Daily Safety Toolbox Talks. • Assist Supervisors and other Department Leadership in planning daily activities and projects. • Lead efforts to ensure Loadout is prepared (including LOTOTO) for maintenance and other activities. • Routinely communicate with supervisors on the shift’s status of loading activities and other tasks. • Enter work orders into Maximo for needed repairs identified by ODR’s. • Assist department leadership in the development and coordination of training. • Contribute to the process of creating and writing SOP’s and Safety Plans. • Promote adherence to Quality procedures and report concerns immediately. • Provide leadership and support for troubleshooting – including the use of PI and DCS skills. • Assist or lead Focused Improvement Team special projects. • May perform reasonably similar or related duties as assigned. Job Requirements

• Maintain qualification of shift Loadout Operator. • Complete all required safety training also follow and display knowledge of all safety procedures. • Have understanding of how to use a computer, email, the DCS and PI. • A proven ability to communicate well with others. • Demonstrates commitment, fosters motivation of colleagues, and show initiative to complete tasks under limited supervision. • Display quality work through strong attention to detail. • Strives to develop teamwork by coordinating efforts with colleagues to complete tasks effectively • Work overtime as necessary. • Meet requests of supervision including but not limited to the essential functions listed. • Utilize trucks, forklifts, computers, hand tools, and all testing equipment in a correct manner. • Able to meet physical requirements and perform duties in working conditions listed below. Working Conditions

• Rotating shift- average of 42 hours a week. Work schedule includes days, nights, weekends and holidays. • Work overtime as necessary, including some weekends. • Duties performed inside and outside. • May be exposed to extreme temperatures and humid conditions. • Atmosphere exposure: fumes and odors. • Hazard exposure: mechanical, electrical, and chemical. • Protective Clothing Required: Hardhat, earplugs, safety glasses, steel-toed boots, gloves and high-visibility outer wear. • Working at elevated heights which may include: rail cars; trucks; tanks; or other structures which require use of fall-protection. Physical Requirements

• Ability to ascend/ descend flights of stairs or ladders. • Move or lift up to 50 lbs. • Lifting may consist of: connecting loading devices, preventative maintenance duties, and cleaning the department. • Position self to conduct work at various heights and positions such as occasionally working on knees. • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. • Repetitive use of hands and feet during occasional operation of skid loaders, forklifts, and locomotives. • Speech, vision, smell, touch, and hearing all needed senses to communicate effectively, recognize process upsets, and identify possible safety threats.

: Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
