Job Description: Infosys Public Services is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Legal Case Management SME. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications: • Candidate must be located within commuting distance in Ottawa, ON or be willing to relocate to the area. • Bachelors Degree in Engineering. The Legal Services SME provides specialized advisory expertise in the design, delivery, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions that support legal services, legal case management, litigation support, legal document management, and legal workflow processes. This resource serves as a trusted advisor to the project team, ensuring that legal service requirements are effectively translated into Microsoft Dynamics configurations, workflows, security models, records management processes, and reporting capabilities. The role supports the successful modernization of legal operations while ensuring compliance with legal, privacy, security, governance, and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Qualifications: • Provide subject matter expertise and advisory services for legal services processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. • Advise project teams on the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of legal case management capabilities. • Support the design of legal workflows, case management processes, litigation tracking, legal document management, docket management, and billing processes. • Provide recommendations on legal matter management, approvals, confidentiality controls, records retention, and legal reporting. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, legal professionals, solution architects, and technical teams to translate legal service requirements into practical Dynamics 365 solutions. • Advise on role-based security, information segregation, confidentiality controls, and legal information management practices. • Support legal records management, document generation, document storage, and workflow automation initiatives. • Participate in business process reviews, workshops, solution assessments, and stakeholder consultations. • Assist with testing, business validation, user acceptance activities, and knowledge transfer. • Ensure solutions align with applicable legislation, regulatory obligations, records management requirements, and organizational governance standards. • Minimum 5 years of experience in the design, delivery, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics solutions supporting legal services. • Demonstrated expertise in legal services business processes, legal case management, litigation support, legal records management, and legal workflow design. • Experience providing advisory services related to legal operations and Microsoft Dynamics implementations. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and related Microsoft technologies. • Experience designing and implementing solutions that support legal professionals, legal matters, document management, and case administration. • Understanding of confidentiality requirements, information governance, privacy obligations, and legal records management. • Ability to translate legal business requirements into functional solution recommendations. • Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience supporting public sector legal services, litigation management, fiduciary services, trust administration, or regulatory environments. • Experience with legal document management solutions, electronic records systems, and integrated document repositories. • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Azure, and legal reporting solutions. • Experience implementing role-based access controls, information segregation, and audit capabilities within Dynamics 365. • Microsoft Dynamics certifications and legal operations or legal technology certifications. • Demonstrated experience advising on legal case management, legal records management, litigation support, and legal process optimization. • Experience supporting legal workflows, legal service requests, legal document management, legal billing, and legal reporting capabilities. • Legal Services Operations • Legal Case Management • Litigation Management and Tracking • Legal Workflow Design and Automation • Legal Document Management • Legal Records and Information Management • Legal Billing and Docket Management • Role-Based Security and Confidentiality Controls • Information Governance and Compliance • Legal Reporting and Analytics • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Legal Process Configuration • Legal Matter Lifecycle • Legal services solution design recommendations. • Legal business process assessments and advisory reports. • Legal workflow and case management configuration guidance. • Security and confidentiality recommendations. • Legal records management and document management recommendations. • Legal reporting and analytics requirements. • Stakeholder workshops, knowledge transfer materials, and advisory documentation. • Microsoft Dynamics implementation guidance supporting legal service modernization initiatives. Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows: In Mississauga, ON: $92,740 to $123,375.
