Job Description: In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: ⦁ Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders ⦁ Coordinate sprint planning and meetings with technical teams and stakeholders while building and maintaining relationships with mid-level and senior client representatives ⦁ Evaluate project deliverables and drive initiatives to adopt new methodologies and tools that enhance project execution and outcomes ⦁ Identify and mitigate risks proactively while working with quality assurance teams to embed quality planning into project workflows and deliverables ⦁ Develop and run project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency ⦁ Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities ⦁ Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective

Required Skill and Experience: ⦁ Experience as an Oracle Fusion Solution Architect. ⦁ Experience with Financials Cloud (GL, AP & AR). ⦁ Experience with at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations. ⦁ Experience in global rollouts and multi-country deployments. ⦁ Experience in Oracle Apps PL/SQL. ⦁ Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules: - ERP (Financials) - SCM - HCM / PPM / EPM (as applicable) ⦁ Experience in below technical skills: - Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, middleware - Data migration tools (FBDI, HDL) - Reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher) - Cloud, security, and architecture frameworks (TOGAF preferred) ⦁ Experience with Enterprise architecture design and solution blueprinting. ⦁ Experience in integration and data architecture strategy. ⦁ Experience with security, compliance, and performance design.
Preferred Skill and Experience: ⦁ Experience with Order Management Cloud and Inventory Management Cloud. ⦁ An ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams. ⦁ Experience managing team size of 2-3 would be a plus. ⦁ Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
Additional Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
