Job Description: Infosys Public Services is seeking a Senior Change Management Consultant. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts; deliver high-quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications: • Candidate must be located within commuting distance in Ottawa, ON or be willing to relocate to the area. • Bachelors Degree in Engineering. Job Description: The Change Management SME provides strategic advisory services and subject matter expertise to support large-scale digital transformation initiatives, organizational change, stakeholder adoption, and culture transformation activities associated with the OPGT IT Modernization Project. This role advises the OPGT Project Team on the application of recognized change management methodologies and best practices to ensure successful adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, new business processes, and modern ways of working. The resource will focus on minimizing organizational disruption, increasing stakeholder engagement, and achieving high levels of user adoption, readiness, and proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications: • Provide advisory services related to organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, adoption planning, and transformation readiness. • Advise the OPGT Project Team on the application of recognized change management frameworks such as ADKAR, Prosci, or Kotter. • Assess organizational readiness and identify impacts associated with technology, process, policy, and operational changes. • Develop and recommend change management strategies, communication plans, stakeholder engagement approaches, and adoption roadmaps. • Support change impact assessments across business units and stakeholder groups. • Advise on approaches to managing resistance, building awareness, and increasing stakeholder buy-in. • Provide recommendations for organizational culture transformation and workforce transition activities. • Support leadership engagement, executive sponsorship, and change champion network development. • Collaborate with training, communications, and business process teams to ensure integrated change enablement activities. • Assist with user adoption measurement, benefits realization tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Support knowledge transfer, stakeholder workshops, and change management governance activities. • Minimum 5 years of experience leading or advising on large-scale digital transformation and organizational change initiatives. • Demonstrated experience applying recognized change management frameworks such as: • Prosci • ADKAR • Kotter • Equivalent enterprise change management methodologies. • Experience supporting change initiatives involving Microsoft Dynamics 365, enterprise applications, business process modernization, or digital transformation programs. • Strong understanding of organizational culture change, stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption strategies. • Experience conducting change impact assessments and organizational readiness evaluations. • Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills. • Ability to provide practical, actionable recommendations in an advisory capacity. • Prosci Change Management Certification or equivalent industry-recognized certification. • Experience supporting public sector transformation initiatives. • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and cloud-based transformation programs. • Experience with large-scale business process re-engineering and modernization initiatives. • Knowledge of training and learning enablement strategies that support technology adoption. • Proven experience providing advisory services to project teams and organizations undergoing significant technology and business transformation. • Experience developing and implementing change management strategies that drive user adoption, proficiency, and sustained business outcomes. • Experience supporting stakeholders through process redesign, digital modernization, and operational change initiatives. Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows: In Mississauga, ON: $92,740 to $123,375.
