Training Spec Sr
Job Description: Diagnoses, designs, and delivers business-focused learning, team building and performance development solutions and programs (i.e. behavioral assessments, change management initiatives, organizational design) Conducts needs assessments and analyzes data to utilize the information to provide learning.
Job Duties listed below are not all in compassing and may be changes altered or added to. • Develop/Enhance OJT’s • Assign New Employees to Trainers and track training process • Assign/remove DCS procedures per employee’s positions • Maintain Training Compliance and notify management when employees are delinquent and assist in getting training completed • Develop additional training programs for ops as needed • Develop/Enhance Test as needed • Train employees on how to properly perform job duties. • Perform and assist with audits • Maintain and train personnel on SOP’s. • Certify SOP’s annually as current • Lead PSM required refresher training. • Update SOP’s and Train personnel on eMOC’s • Write/Support development of new SOP’s as needed for eMOC’s, New technology, and MOD Projects. • Assist with hiring process including interviews, selecting employees for onboarding. • Assist, drive or implement the RCA process. • Drive Lean Practices and instill methodology in shop floor workforce. • Must be flexible in work schedule as needed • Must take initiative in all aspects of the duties.
Required Skills and Education: • Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 4 years work experience or equivalent experience • Good communication • Strong computer skills • Able to work as a team and alone • Knowledge of the document management system
