Job Description: Job Description BAE Systems is seeking an experienced Earned Value (EV) Control Account Manager (CAM) to support the M88A2 Mission Capability Center (MCC) and Service Life Extension Program (SLEP) within the Combat Mission Systems (CMS) business area of the Platforms & Services sector. This position will be responsible for leading Earned Value Management (EVM) activities for Supply Chain material execution across a major production program expected to begin execution in September 2026. The successful candidate will serve as the Supply Chain CAM responsible for planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance measurement, and variance analysis while ensuring compliance with ANSI-748 Earned Value Management System requirements. The CAM will work closely with Program Management, Finance, Scheduling, Operations, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Engineering to successfully execute material procurement and production schedules while providing accurate cost and schedule performance analysis.

Responsibilities • Serve as the Supply Chain Control Account Manager (CAM) for the M88A2 MCC/SLEP program. • Develop and maintain Control Account Plans (CAPs), Work Packages, Planning Packages, Basis of Estimates (BOEs), and Estimates to Complete (ETCs). • Develop and maintain Earned Value baselines from proposal through contract award and execution. • Monitor and analyze cost, schedule, and scope performance using Earned Value metrics. • Prepare weekly and monthly variance analysis reports and present performance status to program leadership. • Support Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), DCMA surveillance activities, and internal EVMS compliance reviews. • Work closely with Program Finance and Scheduling to maintain compliant EVMS artifacts. • Analyze proposals, purchase orders, Bills of Material (BOMs), manufacturing plans, supplier schedules, and production requirements to support accurate forecasting. • Develop monthly ETCs for material procurement based on production schedules, supplier execution, and program performance. • Identify cost, schedule, and execution risks while recommending mitigation strategies. • Coordinate with Buyers, Subcontract Administrators, Manufacturing, Engineering, Contracts, and Operations to ensure accurate planning and execution. • Support Management Reserve requests, Baseline Change Requests (BCRs), contract modifications, and re-planning efforts as required. • Assist with contract closeout and financial reconciliation activities. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across Supply Chain EVMS processes. • Mentor and train junior CAMs and analysts on Earned Value Management principles and Supply Chain execution.

Required Skills and Education: • Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Advanced understanding of ANSI-748 Earned Value Management System (EVMS) principles. • Experience serving as a Control Account Manager (CAM) on Department of Defense programs. • Experience developing and maintaining ETCs, Control Account Plans, Work Packages, Planning Packages, and variance analysis. • Strong analytical skills with advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and complex formulas. • Experience supporting production or manufacturing programs within a DoD environment. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment. • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. • Ability to establish strong cross-functional working relationships.

Preferred Skills and Education: • Experience supporting major DOW programs • Working knowledge of Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) surveillance requirements. • Working knowledge of Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) requirements. • Experience with Deltek Cobra, Open Plan, Primavera P6, PM Compass, or similar EVMS tools. • Understanding of Manufacturing Bills of Material (mBOMs), procurement planning, and production scheduling. • Knowledge of material performance measurement methods, including performance at receipt methodologies. • PMP, CAPM, EVP, or similar project management or Earned Value certifications. • Experience supporting Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs). • Experience with proposal development, baseline implementation, and production program startup.
