Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Tech III to join our THAAD factory team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the assembly of complex mechanical systems, ensuring high-quality products that meet customer requirements. The assembly will work in a cleanroom environment, adhering to strict cleanliness and safety protocols. This role is based out of Nashua, NH (NHQ) and will be on Monday-Thursday 4-10 schedule. This position is available for a 2nd shift schedule from 3pm to 1:30am.
Key Responsibilities:
High level of attention to detail
Assemble parts for an electromechanical assembly
Operate and maintain cleanroom equipment, including workstations, tools, and assembly equipment
Follow strict cleanliness and safety protocols to maintain a cleanroom environment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality
Read and follow manufacturing processes and drawings
Utilizes fixturing to accurately build assemblies
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities: Required Education, Experience, & Skills High School Diploma or GED 2 years assembly experience
Must be able to lift 20-40 lbs
Must have the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
Ability to possess and handle energetics
Experience working with large, complex builds
Ability to work in a cleanroom environment
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and quality
Experience reading and interpreting work instructions and mechanical drawings
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Experience with cleanroom equipment, including workstations, tools, and assembly equipment
Experience with lean manufacturing tools, including 5S and visual management
Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and procedures, including gowning, cleaning, and sanitizing
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $57319 - $91710
