Clearance Level - Must Be Able to Obtain None U.S. Person Required Yes Travel Percentage $100M) complex Capital Investment projects, ensuring timely, budgeted, and quality delivery. Profit and Loss Management: Manage project finances, ensuring budget adherence and financial target achievement. Communication and Reporting: Provide regular updates to executive leadership and government customers on project status, progress, and issues. Sub-contractor and Supplier Management: Oversee sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure project requirements and quality standards are met. Project Planning and Control: Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure project success. Necessary Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business from an accredited institution. Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant project management experience in Defense, Construction, or Oil/Gas/Chemical industries. Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication with upper management and customers. Technical Writing: Proficient in technical writing, such as proposal and statement of work development. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Desired Experience and Skills: Masters Degree: Preferred in a related field. Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAWIA Level III Program Management certification preferred. Earned Value Management: Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) or similar tools preferred. Scheduling Tools: Experience with integrated master schedules using MS Project, Primavera, etc. preferred. Leadership Experience: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams.
