Job Description

The primary purpose of the Quality Technician position is to support manufacturing and Quality Control activities by performing in-process inspections, testing, sampling, and verification activities to ensure products meet established specifications, procedures, and quality requirements. The Quality Technician is responsible for accurately documenting test results, identifying and escalating quality issues, and supporting compliance with site quality procedures

Shifts: 2nd shift 5:23PM- 5:30AM Sunday - Tuesday every other Wednesday 4th shift 5:23PM- 5:30 AM Thursday - Saturday, every other Wednesday

Responsibilities

Perform start-up, restart, and in-process verification activities. Perform in-process dimensional and visual inspections to ensure product meets specifications. Accurately document and record inspection and test results, including completion of applicable Chain of Custody forms Responsible to enter test results in manufacturing systems such as measurlink, SAP and LIMS . Communicate quality issues and inspection results to appropriate personnel Segregate and document the rejected and experimental materials. Keep current the specifications, procedures, documents in general from the area. Support Manufacturing with quality issues and measurement techniques.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities: Qualifications

High School or GED with one (1) year of experience in the biologics or pharmaceutical industry, or Associate Degree in Science with 0 years of experience. Knowledge of good manufacturing (GMP) and safety practices. Basic verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish. Experience driving forklifts and handling materials preferred. Basic knowledge in computer systems.

21 - 37.8 USD
