4 on 4 off shift pattern (2 days, 2 nights 7-7)
Salary £34,910.16
We are looking for a Laboratory Technician to join our Manchester Dairy within our Müller Milk & Ingredients business.
The main purpose of the Laboratory Technician is assuring quality performance through analysis, subject knowledge and testing performance whilst striving to continuously improve in line with the Müller values.
Lab Technician Key tasks:
Provide expertise through quality based testing and data evaluationDemonstrate active involvement in solving problems / trouble shooting through data analysis and evaluationPlay an active part in building QMS capability across siteResponsible for laboratory tasks and management systems (5S etc)Support and process confirms operations quality control responsibilitiesProvide governance and ownership of Quality Index and other monthly reportsResponsible for internal and external audit processes Looks for “waste” in everything that we doActively seeks out improvement opportunities within the workplace and converts to own continuous improvement projectsCollaboratively works with other team members to improve our business We’re looking for the following from our Lab Technicians:
