As Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading our clinical team, ensuring the highest standards of care, supporting the Home Manager, and creating an outstanding environment where both residents and colleagues can thrive. As Deputy Manager, you will
Support with leading the wider team to ensure they are aligned with the Hallmark charter, vision and valuesLead care delivery in the home, to ensure continuous assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of residents’ care.Ensure the clinical and care team are adhering to the requirements of their codes of conduct Communicate effectively with team members, residents and their familiesHave an adaptable and flexible approach to the role and nature of a care home environment
About You:
The Clinical Deputy Home Manager is a motivational, inspirational leader who can motivate, engage, and lead the team with an open, relaxed communication style. Naturally, we would expect the Clinical Deputy Home Manager to achieve a high standard of clinical care by auditing, analysing trends and directing the care team to deliver great results.
A key to success in this role is the ability to communicate easily with CIW, Social Services, and the Safeguarding teams. The ability to implement action plans for improvement and build a reputation of high-quality care delivery for the home.
Registered General Nurse with active NMC PIN and strong clinical skills Proven experience of post-qualification Practice in a health and social care setting with older peoplePrevious senior management experience (ideally 2 years) in a care home environment Great written and verbal skills for communication and understandingGood IT skills and confidence in computer-based workBe approachable to a diverse group of people and develop meaningful relationships Rewarding You With Benefits That Truly Matter
