The starting salary for this full-time, permanent position is £38,090 per annum, based on a 36-hour working week.
We are excited to be hiring a new Senior Business Support Coordinator to join our fantastic Adults Training Academy based at Woodhatch Place, Reigate in East Surrey.
This role is open to hybrid working with the right balance . As a team we split our time between collaborating with colleagues in the office for at least two days per week and working remotely, including from home. This can be discussed further at interview.

The Adults Training Academy supports the development of Surrey's Adult Social Care workforce across a wide range of learning and development programmes. We help ensure staff have access to the training, systems and support they need to deliver high-quality, skilled and inclusive services for Surrey residents.
The Academy coordinates a comprehensive learning and development offer for staff including: induction and core training, specialist practice development, ASYE, preceptorship, apprenticeships, leadership development and career progression pathways. We also work with teams and external care providers to support high-quality, evidence-informed practice, ensuring statutory learning requirements are met and improve outcomes for Surrey residents.
The Adults Academy's Business team plays an important part in enabling the Academy to run effectively and in the role of Senior Business Support Coordinator you will:
Support learning programmes and My Learning administrationMaintain accurate recordsCoordinate training activityAssist with finance and purchasing processesSupport budget forecastingHelp colleagues across the Academy deliver a responsive and professional service Alongside the day-to-day coordination activities, you will play a key role in reviewing and improving business processes, identifying efficiencies, supporting reporting requirements, overseeing other staff and helping the Academy continuously improve the services it provides.
This role will help ensure the Academy is well organised, responsive and able to support the development of a skilled Adult Social Care workforce.
