Support Worker / Personal Assistant – Specialist Spinal Injury Support
£14.52 per hour (Days) | £12.71 per hour (Sleeping Nights) Permanent | Full-Time | 140 hours per month | 14 hour shifts | Rutland, East Midlands
Join a small, supportive team providing 2:1 care for a 41-year-old man living independently with a C4/C5 spinal cord injury. This is a role with purpose, variety, and real impact—no two days are the same.
You’ll support him at home and in the community, including:
Attending charity events in LondonSupporting his work with a national spinal injury charityHelping him maintain an active, fulfilling lifestyle What You’ll Do

You don’t need previous care experience—we provide full, hands-on training.
