We’re working with a growing and forward-thinking business in Stratford-upon-Avon that is looking for experienced Customer Service Advisors to join their expanding team.
This is far more than a traditional customer service role. You’ll be working closely with some of the world’s best-known blue-chip organisations, building strong professional relationships and becoming a trusted point of contact for their customers and clients.

What you’ll be doing
Managing customer enquiries professionally and efficiently across multiple channelsBuilding strong, long-term relationships with clients and customersActing as a key point of contact for a portfolio of prestigious blue-chip organisationsResolving queries and issues with a proactive, solutions-focused approachProcessing and maintaining accurate customer information and recordsUsing Excel and other IT systems to analyse information, maintain data and support day-to-day operationsWorking collaboratively with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experienceIdentifying opportunities to improve processes and service levelsTaking ownership of customer issues from initial contact through to resolution You’ll ideally bring
Previous experience in a customer service, client services or account support environmentExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsStrong attention to detail and organisational abilityConfidence using IT systems and Microsoft ExcelA professional, proactive and customer-focused approachThe ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentA genuine desire to learn, develop and progress your career Strong Excel skills will really set you apart, particularly if you enjoy working with data, spreadsheets and systems.
