About the Role:
The Hygiene Care Consultant / Sr. Hygiene Care Consultant will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects. Providing complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.The incumbent will report to the Branch Manager. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team, and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
Present, promote, and sell products / services to existing and prospective clientsConduct cost-benefit and needs analysis to align offerings with client requirementsMaintain strong, positive business relationships with customersReach out to potential clients through cold callingDevelop new business opportunities within existing and new customer bases in line with the sales strategyEnsure timely resolution of customer issues and complaints to maximise satisfactionAchieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within defined timelinesCollaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholdersAnalyse market and territory potential, and track sales performance reportsSupport debt collection efforts as needed
