The Project Manager is responsible for managing Wireless Services projects from initial handoff through customer acceptance and financial closeout. This role works closely with customers, field operations, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with customer requirements. The Project Manager serves as a primary point of contact for assigned projects and is responsible for coordinating project schedules, resources, financial performance, change orders, billing, documentation, and closeout. This position requires strong ownership, communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time. Manage wireless infrastructure projects from kickoff through completion and customer acceptance. Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, priorities, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time. Coordinate with customers, Construction Managers, field teams, subcontractors, engineering, and internal support teams to ensure successful project execution. Monitor project progress and proactively identify schedule, scope, material, permitting, access, or resource issues that could impact delivery. Develop and implement recovery plans when projects fall behind schedule or encounter execution challenges. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, providing clear communication on project status, risks, schedule changes, and required decisions. Manage project financial performance, including budgets, costs, gross margin, billing milestones, and potential cost overruns. Identify, document, and manage project scope changes and change orders, ensuring appropriate customer authorization and accurate tracking through billing. Coordinate field resources and subcontractors to ensure teams have the required information, materials, equipment, access, and support to complete work safely and on schedule. Manage project closeout through customer acceptance, ensuring punch-list items, required documentation, approvals, change orders, and final invoicing are completed.
