Managing and coordinating projects from planning and pre-construction through construction, closeout, and turnover Coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, construction managers, consultants, agency representatives, facility personnel, and other project stakeholders Monitoring project scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and contract compliance Conducting regular site visits and monitoring construction progress and contractor performance Leading and participating in pre-construction, progress, coordination, and punch-list meetings Reviewing construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, schedules, and other technical documentation Reviewing contractor proposals, estimates, schedules of values, pay applications, change orders, and claims Identifying potential schedule, cost, quality, safety, and constructability issues and coordinating timely corrective actions Reviewing project schedules, baseline updates, look-ahead schedules, milestones, and overall project progress Coordinating permitting, inspections, testing, regulatory requirements, and project closeout activities Interfacing with NYC agencies, contractors, consultants, facility representatives, and other stakeholders Maintaining accurate project records, meeting minutes, reports, correspondence, and closeout documentation Supporting contract administration, procurement, bidding, change management, and issue resolution as required Managing multiple assignments and priorities while maintaining strong client service and communication
