DRMP's Surveying & Mapping/Geomatics Division is HIRING and we're looking for entry-level, Survey Field Technicians to join our Charlotte office. Survey & Mapping/Geospatial | DRMP Your growth matters: See why Careers | DRMP Load truck with the necessary equipment and supplies that are needed throughout the day. Transport and set up the instruments/equipment and prepare the job site for the survey. Clear brush and trees away from the survey line. Hold the prism pole steady for the surveyor to help determine elevations of different points. Measure how far different points are from each other, using tape or electronic equipment; Help with the various pieces of survey equipment. Have familiarity/working knowledge of survey equipment. Operate the surveying equipment with the supervisor's oversight.
