This role presents an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to take responsibility for providing all core Cost Management services on a number of interesting projects while acting as main client liaison as well as providing support to the existing team in the delivery of projects. Role Responsibilities: Manage property and business support issues in the Region, promoting efficiency, effectiveness and best practice. Control the budget for property and infrastructure in the Region. Promote the use and continuous improvement of Intelligence, carry out local QA and H&S audits within the Region to ensure conformance. Participate in the development of Rider Levett Bucknall strategy. Operational management, responsible for ongoing revenue, costs and profit and delivering annual and medium-term business plans. Resource planning - establish and maintaining adequate resources to deliver customer satisfaction profitably. Take responsibility for all aspects of the delivery of projects. Be aware of our technical performance on projects, regularly review projects with staff and customers. Keep up to date with current thinking and best practice within your discipline. Candidate Profile Qualifications Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar technical discipline. MRICS or membership of other relevant professional body. Experience Strong experience in Healthcare, Education and Commercial sectors. Strong technical delivery experience. Previously employed by a consultancy or end user client. Stakeholder management with a clear focus on developing client accounts.
