Your Role as a Change-Maker As our Nursery Manager, you will: Inspire Excellence: Lead a high-performing team of Educators to deliver our bespoke N Pedagogy. Drive Innovation: Use your expertise to ensure the nursery is "Outstandingly Outstanding." Build Community: Create lasting partnerships with our families and local community partners. Master Operations: Seamlessly manage budgets, compliance and safeguarding (DSL). Achieve WIGs: Tackle our "Wildly Important Goals" to make us the most loved nursery group in the world. What You’ll Need to Succeed Experience: At least 2 years as a Nursery Manager (experience with large or multi-sites is a huge plus). Qualifications: Full and relevant Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification. Mindset: A "people person" who excels at hiring, retaining and coaching top talent. Knowledge: Deep understanding of EYFS, Ofsted requirements, commercial awareness and safeguarding.
