What You'll Do As one of the first people our clients interact with, you'll play an essential role in creating a positive experience for every patient and pet owner. Client Service Responsibilities Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments efficiently Obtain and document accurate patient histories Process invoices and payments accurately Verify vaccination status and required testing Communicate patient arrivals and treatment needs with doctors and technical staff Prepare prescriptions, prescription diets, and over-the-counter products as directed by a veterinarian Maintain accurate medical records and client information Support daily hospital operations to ensure a seamless client experience This description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of responsibilities.
