About this role
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and develop a team of infrastructure engineers responsible for critical production systems. This role combines people management with strong technical expertise , requiring a solid infrastructure background and deep knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, distributed systems, networking, and infrastructure automation . Lead, manage, and develop a team of infrastructure engineers responsible for critical production systems Own team execution, delivery, and day-to-day prioritization in alignment with infrastructure strategy and architectural direction Run the shared goals and collaborate with the Infrastructure Security, and other platform teams Translate infrastructure priorities into clear team plans, milestones for both infrastructure and product teams Work with Staff and Senior engineers to ensure technical solutions are delivered effectively and aligned with established architectural principles Ensure the reliability, availability, and operational readiness of systems owned by the team Own the team’s operational practices, incident response, postmortems, and completion of follow-up actions Set clear expectations, run regular 1:1s, provide actionable feedback, and support engineers through performance reviews and Individual Development Plans
