About the Role Are you passionate about building strong relationships with employers and creating meaningful work experience opportunities for learners? We’re looking for a proactive and driven Employer Engagement Officer to join our Apprenticeships & Business Development team. In this role, you’ll work collaboratively across curriculum areas to ensure learners access high-quality work placements that support their development and career aspirations. You’ll also play a key role in developing employer partnerships aligned with the strategic goals of the College and the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority. Interested candidates are advised to apply early as the vacancy will close once the right candidate is found. Coordinate and monitor work experience placements, ensuring learners meet their hours targets. Conduct health & safety risk assessments for placement sites. Build and maintain relationships with employers to identify new opportunities. Provide regular progress reports and performance data to the Business Development Manager. Collaborate with Progress Coaches, Course Leaders, and Curriculum Managers to support learner success. Attend networking events and promote the College’s services.
