Main duties of the job
Deliver high-quality nursing care tailored to each service users individual needs and care plan.Complete clinical assessments, risk assessments and care planning, monitoring changes in presentation and escalating concerns appropriately. Administer and monitor medication safely, including identifying and reporting any side effects or changes in physical/mental health. Work closely with the MDT, service users and families/carers to support recovery and achieve positive outcomes.

Priory Hospital Lincolnshire has an opportunity for a Staff Nurse to join our team.
Located in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire, Priory Hospital Lincolnshire is a low secure unit for males with mental health conditions. It offers support to those who are detained under the Mental Health Act (MHA).
Person Specification
Qualification Essential
Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC PIN. Strong communication, organisational and clinical skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to delivering safe, person-centred care. Understanding of safeguarding, risk management and medication administration.
Desirable
Previous experience working within a mental health or inpatient setting. Experience supporting individuals with complex mental health needs. Experience completing care plans, risk assessments and clinical documentation. Knowledge of recovery-focused and trauma-informed approaches.
