Medication - You will administer residents' medication in a safe and supportive and compliant way Social Activity - You will lead in and participate in trips out, social engagements and activities within the home.
Main duties of the job The role of Night Senior Care Assistant at Agincare involves providing care and support to residents during the night. As an integral part of the care team at Victory care home in Chatham, the assistant will focus on delivering person-centred care, which includes assisting with personal hygiene, administering medication safely, and contributing to the care review process. The position demands excellent communication skills and empathy, with at least two years of experience in a social care environment, ideally involving vulnerable individuals over 65. The role also includes participation in social activities and may involve leadership responsibilities such as supporting new staff or managing in the absence of senior managers. Qualifications Essential
