Main duties of the job As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Clinical Practitioner at Operose Health located in Broad Oak Medical Practice, you are required to deliver primary care services by improving access, outcomes, and patient experience. Through effective history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality care to patients. You must exhibit safe, clinical decision-making and expert care including assessment and diagnosis skills. You will collaborate with the general practice team to meet patient needs, deliver policy and procedures, and provide nurse leadership as required. We look for candidates with experience in a Primary Care setting, NMC registration and advance clinical practice capabilities, with a minor injury and illness qualification being essential. The candidate should ideally be a level 7 (MSc) Practitioner. Main Responsibilities: As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include:
Provide care for presenting patient from initial history taking clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care. You must demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis skills for patients within the general practice. Qualifications Essential
