Delivering safe, clinical decisions and expert care as well as working collaboratively with all team members of a multi professional team and driving innovation, modernisation and high levels of staff and patient satisfaction.
Main duties of the job The Prescribing Pharmacist at Operose Health is responsible for delivering exemplary primary care services. Located at Queens Road Surgery, the role ensures enhancing access, outcomes, and patient experience is at the heart of operations. Core duties include prescribing, conducting online and telephone clinical triage, and providing minor illness and long-term condition advice. The role necessitates collaboration within a multi-disciplinary team and focuses on fostering innovation and modernisation. Candidates will require a pharmacy undergraduate degree, registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council, and preferably an independent prescribing qualification. Qualifications Essential
Undergraduate degree in pharmacy, registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council, and an independent prescribing qualification.
