You'll be a natural leader who has acted as a clinical mentor, including supporting newly qualified nurses through their preceptorship. Qualifications Essential

Registered Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration, experience in care planning and risk assessment, knowledge of clinical practices and regulatory frameworks
