About the role and opportunity on offer -

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our Energy team in Chinchilla.

This hands-on leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse, transport and inventory operations while ensuring the highest standards of safety, customer service and operational performance. You'll lead a small team, coordinate transport activities, manage inventory accuracy and support site maintenance while championing Toll's safety-first culture.

Working within a dynamic oil and gas environment, you will play a critical role in ensuring materials and equipment are received, stored and dispatched efficiently while maintaining compliance with customer, regulatory and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities and Duties – but not limited to –

• Lead daily warehouse, yard and transport operations to ensure safe and efficient service delivery.

• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight, including pickups, deliveries and dispatch activities.

• Manage inventory accuracy through stock control, reconciliations and warehouse management processes.

• Ensure all transport, logistics and compliance documentation is completed accurately and on time.

• Drive a strong safety culture and maintain compliance with HSE, operational and regulatory requirements.

• Coach, develop and support team members to build capability and improve performance.

• Partner with customers and stakeholders to deliver operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

What we are looking for to drive success –

• Experience in a warehousing, logistics, transport or supply chain environment.

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience, ideally within the oil and gas, mining or industrial sectors.

• Ability to lead by example and build strong working relationships with customers and team members.

• Forklift Licence a must and a HC Licence preferred.

• Strong understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations with a commitment to workplace safety and compliance.
