Biotech Associate You bring: A completed MBO, HBO or Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Biology, Life Sciences, Laboratory Technology or a related field. Preferably at least 2 years of experience in a GMP or cleanroom environment. A precise and quality-driven way of working. The ability to work according to detailed procedures and documentation requirements. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Good written and spoken English. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends. A valid driving licence, as public transport is limited during some shifts. Cleanroom Production Operator You bring: MBO-level education or equivalent work and thinking level, preferably in a technical, production, logistics or scientific field. Experience in production, logistics, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, cleanrooms or another regulated environment is an advantage. A hands-on mentality and strong attention to detail. A responsible approach to quality, safety and following procedures. communication and teamwork skills. The flexibility to switch between tasks and priorities when required. A willingness to learn and develop within GMP manufacturing. Good written and spoken English. Biotech Associate Gross salary: €2,800 – €3,800 per month, depending on your knowledge, experience and added value. In addition: Direct employment contract with Lonza. Mileage allowance. Biotech Associate As a Biotech Associate, you will be part of a specialized production team working on advanced cell therapy processes. You will perform a range of hands-on activities in a GMP cleanroom and ensure that production is carried out safely, accurately and according to established procedures. Your main responsibilities include: Performing cell and tissue culture activities in accordance with GMP requirements. Supporting processes such as media preparation, cell expansion and harvesting. Working with aseptic techniques in a controlled cleanroom environment. Recording production activities accurately in batch documentation.
