Through a structured onboarding programme and on-the-job coaching, you'll quickly become familiar with all warehouse processes. You are available to work a two-shift schedule: 06:00 AM to 03:00 PM 03:00 PM to 12:00 AM You have your own transportation, as the work location has limited public transport access; You have a Dutch workpermit You have a good command of English and/or Dutch; You live within approximately 30 kilometres of Kampen; You can obtain a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG); Wat bieden wij je? Functieomschrijving In this role, you will be part of the logistics operation for Wärtsilä, handling components for marine engines that are distributed to customers across the globe. You'll work in a state-of-the-art warehouse equipped with automated systems and warehouse robots, giving you the opportunity to combine practical warehouse work with modern logistics technology. Because you'll rotat between different departments, you'll gain experience in multiple warehouse processes and develop into a versatile logistics professional. DHL also invests in your development by offering training courses and the opportunity to earn additional certificates. Receive, load and unload incoming and outgoing goods; Pick, sort and prepare customer orders for shipment; Use handheld scanners and internal transport equipment; Process warehouse and logistics orders accurately; Monitor the movement of goods and maintain quality standards; Contribute to a safe, organised and efficient warehouse operation.
