As a Recruitment Consultant in Tegelen, you make sure clients and candidates are happy with each other. No day is the same and you work in a fun team. "Does this varied job sound appealing to you, and are you ready to make a difference? " As a Recruitment Consultant in Tegelen, you are the connector within the team. You listen carefully to our clients and immediately start looking for the right candidates. You guide people from the first interview to the moment they start working, and you stay involved throughout their entire employment period. So you really make sure clients and temp workers are satisfied. On an average day, you first check which new requests have come in. You call candidates, schedule introductory interviews, and stay in touch with companies to see what they need. In between, you consult with colleagues, brainstorm about fun ways to find new people, and keep an overview of ongoing vacancies. You're in touch with a lot of people, and no day is boring! What you'll be doing - Recruiting, selecting and interviewing candidates. - Writing and managing job vacancies. - Matching candidates to vacancies and clients. - Guiding candidates through the application and placement process. - Maintaining contact with clients and temp workers. - Scheduling interviews and handling administration. - Identifying commercial opportunities and thinking along with clients. What we ask You have a bachelor's degree level of working and thinking You have between 2 and 5 years of work experience (recruitment or HR experience is also fine) You are sociable, enthusiastic and pick things up easily You're a hands-on person who thinks in solutions You speak and write Dutch well...
