In this role, you lead a team of quality controllers within a modern international production site where fresh herbs are packaged daily for the European market. You ensure processes run smoothly, people grow, and top-quality products leave the facility. The products are grown year-round at various locations across Europe, from the Netherlands to Spain and Portugal, and packed in an environment where quality, sustainability, and team spirit are central. The moment you walk in, you feel the energy: passionate people working hard and building continuous improvement together. who are you - You have experience in quality management within a production environment, preferably in food. - You have previously led a team and know how to coach and motivate people. - You are critical, analytical, and decisive. - You are familiar with quality standards such as GMP, PDCA, and 5S. - You work accurately and in a structured way. - You communicate effectively with departments such as production, supply chain, and sales. - You have a good command of Polish and English (at least B1 level). - You are flexible and willing to work in a two-shift system from 06:00 to 15:00 and 15:00 to 00:00, including occasional Saturdays. what are you going to do As a Shift Leader Quality Control , you lead a team of quality controllers within one of the two shifts. You start the day with a team briefing where you discuss tasks and planning. Together with your team, you oversee incoming and outgoing product inspections, shelf-life testing, and compliance with internal quality standards.
