About this role
As a Warehouse Planner, you are responsible for planning, coordinating and monitoring daily warehouse operations. You will analyze workloads, staffing requirements and operational priorities to ensure all activities are completed efficiently and on time. Your responsibilities include: - Planning and coordinating daily warehouse activities; - Releasing work orders in line with operational priorities; - Analyzing orders, inventory levels and workforce requirements; - Monitoring operational performance and identifying bottlenecks; - Solving planning issues and implementing effective solutions; - Preparing reports and recommending process improvements; - Communicating with customers, carriers and suppliers; - Supporting inventory and location management activities when required; - Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse operation. We are looking for someone who enjoys taking responsibility and thrives in a dynamic environment. You have: - MBO working and thinking level or equivalent; - An interest in logistics and warehouse operations; - Strong organizational and planning skills; - Good communication skills; - Fluent English skills, both spoken and written; - Dutch language skills are a strong advantage, but not required; - Customer service experience is beneficial but not mandatory; - A proactive and professional attitude; - The ability to work effectively under pressure; - A strong willingness to learn and develop both personally and professionally.
